Customer Handling, Resataurant waiter, Waiter/ Barista
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Coffee Shop, Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table timely.
∎ Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials and try to up-sell.
∎ Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
∎ Assist in setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
∎ Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with quality foods and best possible services.
∎ Coordinate with Junior Waiters, kitchen staffs, cleaners and guards to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
∎ Greet guests and presents them with the menu.
∎ Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
∎ Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the handheld TAB.
∎ Obtain revenues, issue receipts, accept payments, and return the change.
∎ Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by superior.
∎ Fill in for absent staff as needed.
∎ Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
∎ Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
∎ Maintain proper dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
∎ Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
∎ Tally the Credit Card settlements for the day with the batch closing report from ECR machine.
∎ Any other jobs as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced candidate will get preference.
∎ Should have experience in Thai/ Chinese/ Indian/Continental/Kabab Restaurant as Waiter.
∎ Must be able to work on your feet all day.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be guest service expert.
∎ Courteous & efficient manner.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
Salary:
