Responsibilities & Context:
- Establish and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement an integrated branding and marketing strategy.
- Increase revenue streams across à la carte dining, fine dining experiences, and event bookings.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to staff, ensuring a culture of service excellence.
- Monitor business performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Promote upselling, cross-selling, and premium guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a premium image across service, décor, and communication.
- Execute social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and online promotions.
- Introduce signature events, seasonal specials, and themed experiences.
- Build strategic relationships with businesses for recurring bookings.
- Implement VIP memberships, referral benefits, and retention initiatives.
