∎ Previous experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably within the aviation or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Proficiency in multimedia tools and technology for training purposes.
∎ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
∎ Knowledge of training in delivery skills and delivery methods
∎ MS office proficiency
∎ On-call external trainer
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Proven ability to complete full cycle training
∎ A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spelling, and vocabulary.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delivers accent training to client and customer dealing employees
∎ Manage training relationships at the supervisor and team levels, define and set training schedules, and expectations
∎ Develop training plans that focus on application and understanding of content leveraging best practices for required operational roles
∎ Ensure adequate, accurate documentation is prepared and provide feedback
∎ Communicate documentation needs / gaps to business, service, provisioning and process teams where applicable
∎ Measure the effectiveness of training delivery through metrics and capturing feedback
∎ Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions focused on improving spoken English and accent comprehension among Cabin Crew.·
∎ Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement in pronunciation, clarity, and communication style.
∎ Provide personalized feedback and guidance to Cabin Crew to help them develop confidence and clarity in their spoken communication.
∎ Collaborate closely with aviation operations and training teams to integrate voice and accent training into existing programs and procedures·
∎ Stay updated on industry-specific language trends, communication protocols, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants through regular assessments and performance reviews.
