Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM systems to identify trends and insights.

∎ • Create and maintain detailed, timely reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
∎ • Follow up with leads and prospects generated through CRM systems.
∎ • Monitor and manage lead statuses, ensuring timely updates in the CRM.
∎ • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversions.
∎ • CRM Administration & Maintenance.
∎ • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with CRM exposure (e.g., HubSpot).
∎ • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ • Collect, process, and analyze data related to customer interactions from the CRM system.
∎ • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement.
∎ • Provide actionable insights for improving customer experience and optimizing CRM strategies.
∎ • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and address data quality issues.
