∎ Proven experience as a web designer or developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Python and popular web development frameworks-familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
∎ Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way for learners of varying skill levels.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials focused on web design and development.
∎ Conduct interactive training sessions using a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on projects and real-world examples.
∎ Follow the course Curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
∎ Guide students through the development of their own projects, from concept to implementation.
∎ Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
∎ Organize club activities and events that promote web development skills and showcase student projects.
∎ Mentor and support students in building a professional portfolio that demonstrates their skills and creativity.
∎ Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support for students during and outside of training sessions.
∎ Stay updated on the latest web technologies, trends, and industry standards to enhance training effectiveness.
∎ Conduct workshops and webinars to introduce students to emerging web tools and techniques.
∎ Collaborate with other educators and club staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
∎ Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous development of training programmes.
∎ Position Overview: As a Web Design and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions on web design principles, front-end and back-end development, and best practices. You will help learners acquire the skills needed to create and maintain websites, fostering creativity and technical proficiency.
