Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials tailored to learner needs.
∎ Organise club activities and events that promote English conversation and cultural exchange.
∎ Conduct interactive training sessions using various teaching methods, including role-playing and multimedia resources.
∎ Assess learners' proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
∎ Provide personalized guidance to help students achieve their language goals.
∎ Stay updated on current teaching practices and educational technologies.
∎ Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
