∎ Proven experience in early childhood education, management, or leadership roles.
∎ A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach, with a passion for working with children.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Experience in designing child-centred programs and engaging with families.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the strategic direction of the pre-school, creating a collaborative and child-friendly environment.
∎ Child-Centred Programs: Leverage psychological expertise to design programs supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
∎ Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and the local Moghbazar community, ensuring inclusivity and warmth.
∎ Program Development: Oversee curriculum planning and implementation, integrating contemporary research in child psychology and early education.
∎ Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of dedicated educators, providing support and professional development opportunities.
