Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meeting minutes: Record and write meeting minutes for School Management Committee, and Executive Committee.
∎ Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
∎ Employee Records: Maintain employee records, update databases, and manage onboarding and terminations.
∎ Training: Coordinate and organize training sessions, and maintain training records.
∎ Policies and procedures: Review, update, and implement organizational policies and procedures
∎ Payroll: Gather payroll data, provide payroll inputs, and process payroll
∎ Office management: Monitor office infrastructure, maintain the office store, and ensure proper supply of office supplies.
∎ Employee relations: Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and provide assistance to HR executives.
∎ Logistics: Provide logistical and financial support to sales and events teams Reports:
∎ Prepare HR-related reports and provide timely reports of administrative management.
