∎ Age 20 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians face to face, over the phone/online regarding admission procedures for selected countries.
∎ Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors database and regular follow-up. Need to upload students’ Documents to our own CRM systems.
∎ Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails and application process.
∎ Keeping up to date with immigration laws for UK, Aus, Canada etc.
∎ Hit the deadline and monthly sales target
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
∎ Organize events including meetings, seminars, workshops, and focus groups, and produce subsequent reports & presentations.
∎ Assist in preparing various reports on consulting
∎ Participating on Social Media LIVE session when required
