Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing content management system and learning management system.
∎ Assisting in content development planning, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring tasks are completed on time and align with project objectives.
∎ Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager to support overall project execution, tracking milestones, and adhering to timelines.
∎ Facilitating communication among team members, internal departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and support.
∎ Identifying minor project risks or issues and communicating them to the Senior Project Manager, supporting solutions to maintain project momentum.
∎ Ensuring project documentation is current and organized, including task lists, progress reports, and meeting notes.
∎ Coordinating complex logistical arrangements with diverse partners to ensure seamless event and training execution, particularly in regional or remote locations, as part of the project implementation.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on key project indicators related to training and technology performance, regularly updating the project lead to support data-driven decision-making.
∎ Overseeing the management of user feedback channels within the project platform to capture input from training participants and stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement in content and delivery quality.
∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
∎ 3-4 years of content management/learning management system experience, preferably in an international donor funded technology project.
∎ Demonstrated experience coordinating between teams and managing complex projects.
∎ Excellent project management skills, including planning, delegation, prioritization, organization, and time management.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ If required the person shall be willing to travel outside of Dhaka and stay multiple days for the project purposes.
∎ 10 Minute School is looking for talented individuals to join the Higher Secondary Education Project (HSEP), which aims to implement a Comprehensive Learning Management System (CLMS) across 3,300 colleges in Bangladesh. This USAID-funded project focuses on pedagogical training for higher secondary teachers. The CLMS will adopt a blended learning approach, incorporating both online and in-person learning and covering synchronous (live classes) and asynchronous content (recorded lectures, assignment submission, quizzes) to ensure the delivery of quality education. The project aims to directly benefit over 200,000 teachers and principals and indirectly over 3 million students, enhancing the educational landscape across the country.

∎ The role of Project Manager Level 2 involves overseeing a diverse range of projects in collaboration with various organizations. This position focuses on ensuring the successful execution of content management operations, meeting deadlines, and achieving key objectives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing the entire content lifecycle—from ideation to development—handling content management systems (CMS) or learning management systems (LMS), leading small teams, and building effective relationships with external partners.Key Responsibilities:
