∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed University.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ For Visualizer (Print Production, Designing, Content):
∎ Excellent command in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Knowledge in Adobe In-Design, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere & 3D is an added advantage.
∎ An excellent understanding of composition, font, color, geometry and composition.
∎
∎ For Senior Visualizer (2D, 3D, Motion Graphics, Event, Activation):
∎ Expert in Video Editing, Photo Editing, Motion Graphics, 2D & 3D Design.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
∎ Experience in 2D, 3D animation or working knowledge of 2D & 3D software (e.g., Studio Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and composition.
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to take and implement feedback.
∎ Knowledge of video compression, codecs, and optimizing media for web and social media.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visualizer (Designing & Print Production):
∎ Excellent knowledge in visualization.
∎ Excellent and Advanced knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3d Max, other Graphic related software.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Adequate knowledge on generation overall print material design concept.
∎ Able to develop marketing & Branding communication materials. Adequate knowledge in output preparation. You must have good color & design sense.
∎ Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and marketing materials.

∎ Senior Visualizer (Motion Graphics & 2D & 3D Designer, Event, Activation):
∎ Create high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, including Commercial, Social Media, Websites and Presentations.
∎ Design and animate elements such as title sequences, lower thirds, infographics, and visual effects.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames for motion graphics projects.
∎ Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
∎ Edit raw video footage to create compelling narratives that resonate with the audience.
∎ Integrate motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance the overall video production.
∎ Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and performance.
∎ Manage and organize video assets, maintaining a well-structured archive for easy retrieval.
∎ Planning, Design & Prepare Event & Activation matters like Stall, Set, Stage, Booth,
