Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and process visa applications efficiently for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa documentation, procedures, and requirements.
- Handle all stages of visa application processing including documentation, online applications, appointment booking, and interview preparation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, embassy rules, and travel regulations.
- Communicate with embassies, travel agents, and clients professionally.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all client records and application processes.
- Be dedicated, proactive, and responsive in fulfilling responsibilities and achieving client satisfaction.
- Handle visa-related queries and resolve any complications or objections from embassies.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
