∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in tourism is an added advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Galileo,Amadeus,Sabre
∎ Training/Trade Course: Basic and Advance courses in Reservation and Ticketing
∎ Skills Required: Cash Management, Computer skill, Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Computer skill, Management, team work
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Carry out effective & Efficient Reservation, Ticketing, Visa & Sales functions through Creative Products and Marketing Policy Implementation.
∎ 2. Update higher management on the target meet up to Reservation, Ticketing, Visa & Sales.
∎ 3. Carry out Market Research and Analysis to fit in the Market Demand with achievable forecast on monthly basis.
∎ 4. Professionally develop client relationships with related entities of interest.
∎ 5. Exercise Tele Sales, visit corporate offices & do Customer Survey while handlings related customer complaints.
∎ 6. Monthly Revenue Target net BDT 45,000 (Forty Five Thousand)
∎ 7. Reply Email within 15 minutes issue/reissue/refund.
∎ 8. Attend training.
∎ 9. Update CRM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Must be honest, loyal, Committed, Extrovert, smart, Initiative seeker, perseverant, self driven and highly motivated.

∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy
