∎ Must be fluent in English
∎ Visa officers must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
∎ Visa officers must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities.
∎ Visa Officers must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
∎ Must have experience in USA F1, H1 related visa
∎ Must have experience in Canadian express entry and student visas.
∎ Must have experience with UK tourists, students, and labor-related visa
∎ Good knowledge about all European countries' student and tourist visa process

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Advising clients on appropriate documentation for visa purposes, ensuring all documents are accurate and correct.
∎ Filling out forms for clients
∎ The Visa Officer must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to-face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
∎ Must oversee all relevant visa documents and ensure it is done within processing time. You must keep abreast with all relevant changes in visa requirements for various countries. Ensure proper understanding of immigration rules and Immigration Consultancy.
∎ Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing
∎ Facilitate, control, and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
∎ Making plans for individuals and groups to achieve the sales target
∎ Location: REGENCY Haque Villa Ga-36, (5th floor/lift-5) Shahajadpur, Bashtola, Gulshan Dhaka 1212, Dhaka
