Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/Relevant degree on Videography will be considered an advantage
∎ Educational Qualification can be relaxed for experienced Videographer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working Areas: Videography (Documentary, Product, Corporate Event, Interior, Exterior etc.)
∎ Working with the creative team to create the film or video product by capturing stunning footages
∎ Preparing background film or “B” rolls as well as live feed
∎ Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
∎ Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
∎ Calibrating, disassembling and maintaining equipment­

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 - 5 years’ work experience in Videography (both Shooting and Editing)
∎ Should be very energetic, well-groomed, smart, creative, flexible, team worker, proactive and dynamic with a very good listening skills
∎ Should have a very strong portfolio
∎ Advance in Adobe Programs specially in Premier Pro, After Effect and other Video editing software
∎ High end fashion videography and 3D animation skills will be considered an advantage
∎ Must have the knowledge about the basics of photography
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Good written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - Intermediate level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized to meet deadlines efficiently
∎ Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story
∎ Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
∎ Understanding of post-production techniques
∎ Can work in a variety of digital venues with software to edit and finish film work
∎ Passion and Patience—all about getting the perfect shot
