About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Scriptwriter & Research Associate to support our content and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with exceptional storytelling skills to develop high-quality video scripts grounded in research and strategic insight. This role requires the ability to transform complex business, finance, and marketing topics into clear, engaging, and visually driven narratives for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research topics deeply (business, marketing, finance, productivity, lifestyle, tech, depending on content direction).
• Convert research findings into clear, engaging, and viewer-friendly video scripts.
• Write scripts for YouTube videos, shorts, and storytelling content.
• Create content outlines, video structure, and script flow.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and originality in all scripts.
• Suggest content ideas based on trends, competitor channels, and audience interest.

Weekly Holiday: Friday

• Salary: 20k-30k Negotiable (based on experience & expertise)
• Two annual bonuses (as per company policy)
