Proven experience in video production (portfolio required).

Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
Photography skills and graphic design knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to join our team. This role combines content planning, shooting, editing, and distribution to deliver engaging video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in video production, and a good understanding of digital media trends.
Key Responsibilities
· Content Planning & Strategy
o Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video projects.
o Align video content with brand identity, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
o Research audience preferences and propose innovative content ideas.
· Video Shooting & Production
o Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
o Direct on-site or studio shoots, ensuring smooth execution.
o Manage production schedules and coordinate with internal/external teams.
· Editing & Post-production
o Edit videos with professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
o Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
o Ensure final outputs meet brand guidelines and technical standards.
· Publishing & Distribution
o Adapt content for different platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize reach and engagement.
o Track performance metrics and propose improvements.
