• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to cut, edit, and organize video clips properly.
• Basic understanding of text animation, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of color correction is a plus.
• Understanding of social media video formats (Facebook, YouTube, Reels, Shorts).
• Strong interest in learning and improving editing skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Flexible to work up to 8-10 hours depending on work pressure.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Video and Motion Graphics to join our creative newsroom in Uttara, Sector 7, Dhaka.

You’ll work closely with our editorial and design teams to craft visually dynamic videos, motion sequences, and animated maps that bring news and features to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Premiere Pro.

• Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.

• Collaborate with reporters and designers to enhance storytelling through visuals

• Manage renders, exports, and platform-specific optimization (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Maintain consistency with Dhaka Heralds visual style and brand guidelines.

• Salary Review: Yearly
