• Training or certification in film or multimedia is a plus.
• Strong portfolio matters most.

• Skills and Expertise: Video editing, motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, thumbnail and social video formatting, subtitle preparation
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Working.
• knowledge of Adobe Audition or DaVinci ResolveSolid .
• understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual composition.
• Ability to clean audio, mix dialogue and music, and add captions.
• Basic knowledge of camera formats, codecs and export settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Social video formatting, subtitle preparation

Probation Period Three months

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday

Job responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for courses, marketing and social channels
• Add music, sound design, voiceovers and subtitles in Bangla and English
• Perform colour correction and grading to ensure visual consistency
• Create clean motion graphics for intros, lower thirds, titles and simple explainers
• Prepare multiple aspect ratios and lengths for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Shorts or Reels
• Manage project files, proxies and exports, and maintain an organised asset library
• Collaborate with subject experts, trainers and the marketing team, and incorporate feedback quickly
• Ensure every deliverable follows brand guidelines and platform specifications
• Contribute ideas to improve content quality, thumbnails and viewer retention
