Role
We are looking for a Professional Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging video content. You are not just an editor and Motion Graphics Designer, you are a visual storyteller who understands pacing, rhythm, and how to keep a viewer watching.
Since this is an on-site role, we need someone who collaborates well with the marketing team and can deliver high-quality outputs efficiently during work hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Editing: Edit raw footage for Social Media Reels, YouTube, and Ads
Motion Graphics: Create professional 2D animations, kinetic typography, and logo intros in After Effects
Copyright & Asset Management:
Source and select music/sound effects only from licensed or royalty-free libraries (e.g., Art list, Epidemic Sound, YouTube Audio Library).
Ensure all stock footage and fonts used have the correct commercial licenses.
Solve any "Copyright Claims or takedowns if they occur on social platforms.
Post-Production: Color grading and audio mixing to broadcast standards
Trend Adaptation: Apply current trends while keeping the brand safe from IP violations.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience.
Software: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, 2D/3D & After Effects. (Knowledge of Illustrator or DaVinci Resolve is a plus),
Copyright Knowledge (Essential):
Clear understanding of Royalty-Free vs. Copyrighted material.
Knowledge of how YouTube Content ID and Instagram Music policies work for business accounts
Portfolio: A showreel demonstrating strong editing and motion skills.
Work Ethic: Efficient, organized, and able to deliver within the 10 am-6 pm schedule.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: (Negotiable based on skill level).
Work Schedule: 6 days Fixed 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Bonus: 2 Festival Bonuses per year.
