Experience Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Experience working with travel agencies, lifestyle brands, beauty & wellness, e-commerce, media agencies, or fast-paced startups is highly preferred.
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work is mandatory

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Final Cut Pro (optional)
• DaVinci Resolve or Avid Media Composer (added advantage)

Video Editing Skills

• Knowledge of framing, pacing, transitions, sound syncing, storytelling
• Experience in color grading, audio balancing, lighting correction
• Ability to edit videos for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

Graphic Design Skills

• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, branding, layout, and user engagement
• Ability to create social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, event materials, and digital marketing creatives

Job Summary

United Stars Global (USG) is looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a creative mindset, and a passion for producing high-quality digital content for branding, marketing, and social media platforms.

You will be working closely with our marketing and creative teams to create compelling visuals that reflect the identity, values, and innovation of our growing global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for ads, social media, product showcases, campaigns, and corporate content

• Manage full production workflow from concept to final delivery

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create engaging motion graphics, intros/outros, typography animation, and visual effects

• Develop short animated explainers when needed

Creative Graphic Design

Produce visually appealing designs for:

• Social media

• Website banners

• Email templates

• Brochures

• Flyers

• Posters

• Event materials

• Branding content

Branding & Identity

• Maintain consistency of USG brand identity across all visual materials

• Support in creating & strengthening brand guidelines

Content Adaptation

• Adapt design and video content for various digital platforms (different resolutions/aspect ratios)

Collaboration

• Work with content writers, digital marketers, and campaign strategists

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts

Trend Research

• Stay updated with global editing styles, social media trends, and new design tools

• Introduce fresh ideas to elevate brand presence

Content Management

• Maintain an organized library of footage, design files, templates, and raw project assets

• Ensure version control and efficient asset usage
