• HSC

• Age 25 to 45 years

Requirements (Must Have):

• Minimum 1.5 – 3 years real working experience
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator এ strong grip
• Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects basic হলে plus)
• Social media content sense থাকতে হবে (what works & what doesn’t)
• Deadline-oriented mindset (late delivery tolerate করা হবে না)
• Onsite full-time কাজ করার মানসিকতা
• Portfolio mandatory (design + video দুটোই থাকতে হবে)

Good to Have (Bonus):

• Motion graphics/text animation
• Canva knowledge (brand work-এ smart use জানলে)
• Ad creative experience
• Bangla + English content sense

• Social media post, ad creative, banner, thumbnail design
• Brand guideline follow করে clean, professional design করা
• Photoshop / Illustrator ব্যবহার করে custom design তৈরি করা
• Client feedback অনুযায়ী দ্রুত revision দেওয়া
• Short video / reel / promotional video edit করা
• Proper cut, transition, subtitle, basic motion use করা
• Brand tone অনুযায়ী video pacing ও storytelling maintain করা
• Facebook, Instagram, YouTube platform-ready video deliver করা
