Job Context:
∎ Video is everywhere - from traditional delivery platforms such as television to the smartphone in pocket. There is increasing demand for video producers as technological advances have made it possible for companies to use video as a communications platform.
∎ We also have a need for a video producer because of the way people digest content now. People would rather watch a two-minute overview than read a two-page paper. We know that video is a crucial part of their client services - and their own marketing strategies.
∎ Video producers need creative vision, and it can be a fun role: You can tell one story a hundred different ways, and you know that what you have is unique because you might have colored it differently, edited it differently, filmed differently - it`s your one-of-a-kind creation. You get to be as creative as possible and use your imagination.
∎ Beyond creative vision, video producers are expected to have a mix of both technical and soft skills. Here`s what it takes to be a video producer and what video producer salary you can expect.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and develop video content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide project
∎ Expert in client service, Post production, Project supervision, Budget making, PPM making, Client Meeting, Shooting Plan etc.
∎ Very good in TVC, OVC, AV, Natok, Documentary - making.
∎ Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
∎ Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
∎ Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
∎ Develop production schedules
∎ Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
∎ Reserve and rent equipment
∎ Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working with YouTube channel or production house will be plus
∎ Develop post-production models for films & video productions
∎ Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
∎ Use logic and analytical ability
∎ Experiment new things
∎ Ability to implementing new things not copy the old things
∎ Ability to solve the problem with logic
Salary: Negotiable
