Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University with B.Ed or M.Ed or both.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of planning and implementation of overall Academic activities in an IT-enabled environment that should have distinct uniqueness
∎ Organizing and engaging students in-class activity, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities, and skill development program.
∎ Monitoring and assessing students' and teachers' performance and providing necessary action plans for further improvisation.
∎ Should be able to judge the needs, plan and organize teachers' training & development programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years of teaching career having experiences as a Vice Principal or Principal or equivalent post in any reputed School & College.
∎ Sound academic background.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Excellent English communication skills.
∎ Must have the desired level of Skills in adapting Software and digital academic platform.
∎ Experience in conducting and managing Teachers' Training programs.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable.
