∎ Join our team as the SBFNI`s Vice Principal and lead a group of teachers and support staff in providing the best educational experience for our students. You will utilize your knowledge of curriculum development as you support the teachers in developing courses that adhere to the highest standards of education. With your strong leadership skills, you will assist the Principal in guiding teachers in creating a safe and effective environment for learning and conducting periodic evaluations to identify areas that need improvement. As our Vice Principal, you will also represent our school at various events, networking with fellow administrators and teachers to remain abreast of relevant advances in education.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Academic:
∎ Be responsible for admission of students in approved courses, students leave and migration.
∎ Prepare annual academic calendar for the college.
∎ Ensure efficient management of SBFNI for effective and dependable education and training of the students.
∎ Look after discipline and welfare of SBF NI students.
∎ Ensure the expected standard of education through implementation of syllabus and course curriculum provided by the BNMC.
∎ Assist and ensure necessary education and training of faculties and other employees.
∎ Administrative:
∎ Look after the duties, discipline and welfare of all members of the institute.
∎ Will initiate Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Report (APR) of all Lecturer and Dept. Heads of the institute.
∎ Control and oversee the institute in accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Director General of Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) and Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
∎ Have knowledge to prepare annual budget for Nursing Institute and present it to the Principal and Management/Authority.
∎ Maintain liaison with amongst the Principal, Governing Body/committee of SBF-NI.
∎ Look after the Nursing Hostel and Canteen.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Registered with BNMC.
∎ Proficient in English & Computer skills.
∎ Leadership quality to motivate to team members.
