Study Abroad Councilor & Admission Officer (USA / UK / Canada/ Australia / New Zealand / Europe

Expert Student Counseling

  • Profile Evaluation: Assessing students' academic backgrounds, English proficiency (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL), and financial capacity.

  • Country & Course Selection: Helping students choose the right destination (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and programs that align with their career goals.

  • Career Roadmap: Providing a clear timeline and path from the application stage to landing in the destination country.

Admission & Application Management

  • Application Processing: Managing the end-to-end application process through university portals.

  • University Liaison: Communicating directly with university representatives to track application status and secure Offer Letters.

  • Document Verification: Ensuring all academic transcripts, certificates, and passports are authentic and meet the university's standards.

  • Editorial Support: Reviewing and providing feedback on Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and Resumes/CVs.

Visa Guidance & Compliance

  • Visa Documentation: Guiding students on the specific financial and legal documents required for different embassies.

  • Mock Interviews: Conducting practice interview sessions to prepare students for visa interviews (especially for USA, UK, and Germany).

  • Policy Updates: Staying up-to-date with the latest immigration rules and visa policy changes in various countries.

Senior Leadership & Team Support

  • Team Mentorship: Training junior counselors and admission officers on process updates and conversion techniques.

  • Quality Control: Checking the files prepared by junior staff to ensure there are no errors that could lead to rejections.

  • Conversion Targets: Taking responsibility for the branch or team’s "Lead-to-Visa" conversion ratio and achieving monthly/yearly targets.

Business Development & Marketing

  • Seminars & Events: Representing the company at Education Fairs, school/college seminars, and webinars.

  • Partner Relations: Building and maintaining healthy relationships with partner universities and global aggregators (like ApplyBoard, Adventus, etc.).

CRM Management:

  • Ensuring all student data and communication logs are accurately maintained in the company’s CRM software.
