🎯 Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Education Counselor who can effectively guide students and parents through the entire study abroad process. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎓 Student Counseling & Recruitment

✅ Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities worldwide

✅ Evaluate academic profiles and recommend suitable universities, colleges, and programs

✅ Provide accurate information on admissions, tuition fees, scholarships, visa requirements, and career prospects

✅ Conduct in-person, phone, and online counseling sessions

✅ Convert inquiries into successful enrollments

📋 Application Guidance

✅ Assist students in preparing admission documents and applications

✅ Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing

✅ Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process

📈 Business Development & Marketing

✅ Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

✅ Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner institutions

✅ Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline

🌍 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in overseas education counseling

🗣 Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bengali

🤝 Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship-building skills

🎯 Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools
