• Age At least 22 years

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a boarding school, hostel, or student affairs environment.

Good communication in english.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory).

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a residential boarding environment and support students beyond regular school hours.

1. Supervise and monitor boarding students' daily activities and well-being.

2. Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with school and dormitory rules.

3. Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

4. Monitor attendance, study hours, meal times, and dormitory schedules.

5. Address student concerns and provide guidance and support.

6. Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly.

7. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management regarding student welfare.

8. Organize and supervise recreational and boarding activities.
