Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (Mandatory).

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, technical training, or a related field.
• Experience as a Civil Trainer and Assessor is mandatory.
• Experience in a technical training institute or skill development organization will be an advantage.
• Overseas work experience, especially in GCC countries, will be highly preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 25 years or above.
• Male candidates only.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• NSDA Assessor Certification (Level-02) is preferred. Level-03 will be an added advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of Masonry, Tile Masonry, Steel Fixing, Building Painting, and Scaffolding.
• Good understanding of competency-based training and assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• A Civil Engineering graduate with practical industry experience, strong English communication skills, and proven experience as a Trainer and Assessor.
• Candidates with overseas work experience and a passion for developing skilled manpower will be given preference.
• The successful candidate should be capable of delivering both classroom instruction and hands-on practical training to prepare trainees for local and international employment.

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in Civil trades according to the approved curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, assessment tools, and training materials.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Assess trainees through practical, written, and competency-based evaluations.
• Monitor trainees' attendance, discipline, performance, and progress.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of workshop equipment and training facilities.
• Train candidates on workplace safety, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to help trainees achieve competency standards.
• Maintain training records, documentation, and reports.
• Conduct assessments in accordance with competency-based training standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
