Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and conduct classroom and practical training in Facility Management-related trades.
* Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, training materials, and practical exercises.
* Deliver training on Housekeeping, Cleaning Services, Janitorial Services, Waste Management, Hospitality Support Services, and workplace hygiene standards.
* Demonstrate the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and machinery.
* Train candidates on workplace safety, customer service, personal hygiene, and professional conduct.
* Monitor trainees' attendance, discipline, and overall performance.
* Evaluate trainees through practical demonstrations and training assessments.
* Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
* Ensure training facilities, equipment, and materials are properly maintained.
* Coordinate with management to continuously improve training quality.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
