Educational Requirements:

* Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor.

* Experience in supervising security personnel is mandatory.

* Experience in corporate, industrial, educational institutions, or facility management will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

* Age: 28 years or above.

* Male candidates only.

* Basic spoken and written English communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, patrolling, incident handling, and emergency response.

* Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.

* Former members of the Bangladesh Armed Forces or other disciplined forces will be given preference.

AMCO Skill Bangladesh (ASB) is a leading technical training and skill development institute in Bangladesh. We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the institute's security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, trainees, visitors, and company assets.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Workplace: Work at Office

Job Location: Badda, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the daily activities of security guards.

* Ensure the safety and security of the organization's premises, employees, trainees, visitors, and assets.

* Monitor entry and exit points and enforce access control procedures.

* Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.

* Handle security incidents, emergencies, and prepare incident reports.

* Monitor CCTV systems and take appropriate action when required.

* Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and monitor attendance of security personnel.

* Ensure security guards perform their duties professionally and in accordance with company policies.

* Coordinate with management regarding security issues and recommend improvements.

* Enforce workplace safety and emergency response procedures.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
