Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Must be willing to work in rotational day/night shifts.

• The position requires 24-hour CCTV surveillance coverage.

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays according to the duty roster.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Monitor CCTV cameras continuously through the CCTV Monitoring System/Video Wall.

• Observe factory premises, production floors, entrances, exits, warehouse, parking, and other critical areas.

• Identify and immediately report suspicious activities, theft, unauthorized access, fighting, safety violations, and other unusual incidents.

• Monitor employees, visitors, vehicles, and material movement through CCTV.

• Search and review recorded CCTV footage when required for investigation.

• Preserve and provide relevant CCTV footage to authorized personnel.

• Maintain daily CCTV monitoring and incident reports.

• Maintain proper shift handover records.

• Report faulty/offline cameras and other CCTV system problems to the concerned IT/CCTV team.

• Coordinate with Security, HR, Administration, Fire & Safety, and IT teams when required.

• Immediately escalate any serious security or safety incident to the supervisor/management.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.

• Perform other CCTV surveillance-And Security related duties assigned by management.
