Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall, leading the team for achieving mission and vision of the college.
∎ Communicating with industry leaders, professionals, experts in the related field for conducting classes, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Capable to conduct Classes, seminar and workshops.
∎ Counseling students and deal with student complaints and compliances.
∎ Transforming ideas to creative demonstrations.
∎ Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
∎ Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
∎ Working closely with the administration to lead staff.
∎ Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
∎ overall run the plan and policy
∎ Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
∎ Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
∎ Completing tasks assigned by the authority accurately and efficiently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in working at university/college/academic institution.
∎ Have experience in working with foreign universities/education
∎ Graduate from foreign universities will be an advantage.
