Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have a Master's degree from a reputed university.
∎ O and A level background will get priority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the overall Academic and Administrative functions as well as assistance to the Principal.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get used to the system of the school. 4. Responsible for the overall student and administrative discipline. Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routine, Syllabus, Session Plan, Scheme of Work, Lesson plans, Teaching materials according to the AIIS standard.
∎ Develop curriculum, training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Make sure that teachers take classes properly and timely.
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions.
∎ Solve Academic and Administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians/ Parents as and External Office (Government Office, Private Office and Other Institutions) when required.
∎ Organize Annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events, etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Monitor and Evaluation teachers' Class Observations, Performance Reports according to the CIS standard and forward them to the Principal.
∎ Look after the Academic and Administrative activities of the school.
∎ Responsible for overall Safety and Security for the Students and Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have teaching experience in an English medium school.
∎ Candidates must have the experience to deal with English Medium Curriculum (esp. in pre and preprimary level).
∎ Need excellent proficiency in English language.
∎ Strong computer skills in MS office suite and other social media.
∎ Hardworking and willing to work long hours.
