Educational Requirements:
∎ CA with Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum CGPA of 3.00;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards;
∎ Analyzing financial information to recommend and develop strategies for efficient use of resources;
∎ Analyzing and advising on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues;
∎ Preparing financial projections and periodic financial statements;
∎ Assisting the CFO in analyzing market and industry trends;
∎ Dealing with all audit and tax related matters;
∎ Reviewing all financial transactions for their accuracy and compliance with the policies and procedures;
∎ Monitoring and supervising the preparation of various regulatory reports; and
∎ Liaising with Bangladesh Bank, development partners and other Government agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ At least 10 (ten) years of relevant experience with reputed chartered accountants firm and/or bank/financial institutions;
∎ Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IAS, IFRS) and regulations (e.g. Companies Act, Financial Institution Act);
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English; and
∎ Knowledge of computerized accounting, record keeping and audit system.
Salary: Tk. 186092 (Monthly)
