• Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 and relevant rules

• Experience with online VAT return submission and A challan system.

• Proficiency in NBR VAT software and advance excel.

• Excellent analytical, reporting and documentation skill.

• Effective communication and coordination ability.

• No need to apply without practical experience on VAT related works in mentioning sectors.

• Practical VAT Knowledge (especially in retail chain operations & FMCG manufacturing & distributor VAT management).

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak - 9.1) within the due date for distributors.

• Maintain all relevant VAT registers and documentation (mushak forms, challans, purchase & sales registers) through NBR-enlisted VAT software for distributors.

• Ensure proper deduction and deposit of VAT at source (VDS) and reconciliation of input-output VAT for distributors VAT management.

• Ensure VAT compliance in every transaction and support in VAT audits for distributors.

• Support to section in-charge about VAT related analysis, reports, and summaries for distributors.

• Communicate and liaise with VAT authorities regarding different VAT related issues.

• Stay updated with the latest amendments, SROs and circulars issued by NBR for distributors.
