Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Commerce from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent’s duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with relevant regulatory bodies and solve the barriers related to company VAT issues.
∎ Ensure maintaining VAT register and records including Musak-1, 6, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19 along with other books and paper records related to VAT.
∎ Manage all kinds of corresponding work with VAT & Customs authority (Circle, Division, Commissionerate & N.B.R etc.)
∎ Prepare and submit various VAT related reports; as required.
∎ Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure appeal submission & hearing attendance for any kind of dispute about VAT & Customs related matter at Commissionerate, Appeal Commissionerate, Appealate Tribunal & ADR.
∎ Handle VAT case related works and maintain liaison with lawyer(s) about VAT & Custom case; if any.
∎ Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and maintain Liaison with VAT circle office(s)
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have thorough knowledge & hands-on experience pertinent to Customs/VAT matters.
∎ Should be well conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
