Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Fisheries/Marine Science/Agriculture/ from any University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management and implementation from any leading values chain development project funded by any donor (s). Priority will be given for experience in fisheries related and business development projects.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge on implementing donor funded project, fisheries and value chain development. Candidate must have report writing and communication skills in English and Bangla as well as computer proficiency in MS Office (MS word, MS Excel and Power Point).

Salary:
∎ Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
∎ BDT 55 thousand (consolidated) per month

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival allowances (each is 50% of total salary), mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policy. Yearly increment will be given upon satisfactory performance.
