Educational Requirements:
∎ An undergraduate degree (e.g. BA/BS) in agribusiness, international development, economics, agricultural economics, international trade, business management, law, public policy, or other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a relevant field. ?
∎ Prior work experience preferred that required interacting and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior public and private sector officials, think-tanks, and academia.
∎ Ability to work sensitively in multicultural environments.
∎ Ability to gather and organize information and resources, compile data and prepare statistics, and synthesize knowledge from diverse sources.
∎ Demonstrated understanding of GoB systems and private sector membership organizations.
∎ Experience in, or exposure to, relevant donor-funded development programs is desirable. Understanding or interest in international trade, law, and related processes is advantageous.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla languages and demonstrated written, oral communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity (e.g. Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint), database, and process mapping (e.g. Visio) software is advantageous.
∎ Demonstrated proven competency in time management and multitasking.
