Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize staff orientation at Upazila level i.e venue selection, food arrangement, logistic management in close coordination with Capacity Building Specialist (CBS) and Technical Specialist (TS) of central team and partner organization.
∎ Assist Partner Organizations (POs) to select Local Entrepreneurs (LEs) as per project criteria who will work on water supply, sanitation and sanitary napkin promotion.
∎ In consultation with Capacity Building Specialist (CBS) and Technical Specialist (TS) organize training courses for the LEs at district level including field preparation for conducting practical technical sessions and conducting some training sessions if needed.
∎ Provide follow-up support to the LEs at field to start their new activities with quality including GPS based monitoring.
∎ Support women LEs to promote sanitary napkin.
∎ Maintain liaison with POs central team of TA Firm.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly plans and reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 3-5 years' experience in development activities preferably Water & Sanitation Programme.
∎ Must have skills in program planning, training program organizing, and coordination.
∎ Have experience in facilitation and community mobilizing.
∎ MS Word/other word processing software
∎ MS Excel/other spreadsheet software
Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and the outcome of the recruitment assessment.
