Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Social Science with minimum 5 years' experience of working in health sector or relevant field in NGO with NOAB Registration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Save the Children supported USAID`s MaMoni-MNCSP
∎ Job Location: To be decided by the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement MaMoni MNCSP community activities at all unions of the respective assigned Upazila.
∎ Identification and data collection of Underserved areas/populations and reach them through alternative planned health services
∎ Rapport building and develop good working relation with Upazila & Union level Health and FP staff, Union Parishad and like-minded organizations.
∎ Support to implement community mobilization activities, Union education, health &FP standing committee meetings, BCC activities, LG involvement.
∎ Facilitate to increase early PW identification and collection of vital information of births and maternal & neonatal deaths through CSG, CC based CG and Union follow-up meetings.
∎ Facilitate Upazila and Union level managers led, data-driven planning and reviews of progress on MNH related indicators.
∎ Carry out activities under the supervision of District Manager and in coordination with Manager-DI.
∎ Maintain accurate recording and reporting and assist respective GoB staff to do so.
∎ Perform other approved duties requested by the District manager and Upazila Coordinator.
∎ Maintain good working relation with the District MaMoni MNCSP team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ May be relaxed for candidates with higher experiences.
∎ Female candidates will be given preference.
∎ Program facilitation, presentation skill and computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team.
∎ Commitment for working 3 years in the project.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated salary: Tk. 30,000/month.
