Job Context:
∎ COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach (including advocacy) in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respect to human rights and dignity principles in management. COAST has also received the special consultative status of UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). The organization is seeking some professionals for below positions for the project titled "Sustainable Aquaculture by Market Promotion Approach for Nutrition (SAMPAN)" funded by WorldFish.
∎ Working base: Different upazillas of Barishal and Bhola
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Fresh or Minimum 2 years' experience of working in a development project related to fishery/agriculture/livestock under any private company or NGOs. The candidate must have experience of training facilitation, community mobilization, demonstration selection and establishment, etc.
Salary:
∎ BDT 30 thousand (consolidated) per month plus two festival allowances (each is 50% of total salary), mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policy.
