- প্রার্থীকে কমপক্ষে ৪ থেকে ৫ টি শাখা ও ২৫ থেকে ৩০ কোটি টাকার ঋণ স্থিতি পরিচালনার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- কম্পিউটারে এম এস ওয়ার্ড ও এম এস এক্সেল এবং মাইক্রোক্রেডিট পরিচালনার সফটওয়্যারে দক্ষ হতে হবে।

United Trust (UT), established in 2010 and registered in 2011 (Reg. No. 1359), is the social welfare wing of the United Group with strategic focus in the areas of Education, Health, Poverty Alleviation, and Community Development Services. Our flagship initiative, Daridro Bimochon Program (DBP), provides interest-free micro-credit to rural women, marginal farmers, and micro-entrepreneurs. With a loan portfolio of BDT 32 crore and a 96% recovery rate. DBP has already empowered over 30,000 families at 4 districts under 2 Arears (Jamalpur and Kishoreganj) through 16 branches.
In Brief Activities to Do:
✅বার্ষিক পরিকল্পনা মোতাবেক এরিয়ার লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করা।
✅সংস্থার ঋণ নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ঋণ প্রস্তাব যাচাইপূর্বক অনুমোদন দেওয়া।
✅লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অনুযায়ী অধীনস্থ শাখার সমূহের ঋণ বিতরণ, ঋণ আদায় ও সঞ্চয় জমাকরন।
✅দৈনিক কমপক্ষে একটি শাখা পরিদর্শন করা ।
✅শাখার কার্যক্রম নিয়মিত মনিটরিং ও সুপারভিশন করার জন্য মাঠ পরিদর্শন করা।
✅মাঠ পর্যায়ে কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নে সমস্যাগুলো চিহ্নিত করে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা।
✅মাসিক, ত্রৈমাসিক, সানমাসিক ও বাৎসরিক ভিত্তিতে প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা।
✅অধীনস্থ শাখার সমূহের যাবতীয় হিসাব নিকাশ ও আর্থিক দুর্নীতি প্রতিরোধ করা।
✅অধীনস্থ শাখা সমূহের দাপ্তরিক ও প্রশাসনিক কর্মকান্ড বাস্তবায়ন করা।
✅কর্মসূচির ঝুঁকি দক্ষতার সাথে ব্যবস্থাপনা করা।
✅কর্মসূচির সকল স্তরে সফটওয়্যার প্রযুক্তির বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা।
✅বিভিন্ন সরকারি বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষাসহ সংস্থার কর্মকাণ্ড তুলে ধরা।
