Job Responsibilities:
∎ Activate CG and CSG, UH&FWC management committee, Satellite Clinic through UH&FPO, UFPO, FPI and FWA.
∎ Regularly participate in each and all cMPM and share project agendas
∎ Input FTMs data in database.
∎ Organize Courtyard meeting at community level.
∎ Participate in facility assessment.
∎ Participate in UH&FWC and Satellite Clinic service improvement planning (participatory planning)
∎ Demonstrable experience in working closely with GOB Health, Family Planning, LGI, Community leader/gatekeepers and development organizations
∎ Facilitate training/orientation/workshop/courtyard meeting of CG, CSG members, first-time parents, family member's, front line workers of H&FP and UP members, if required.
∎ Maintain liaison and communication with GO, NGO officials at union level especially with FWAs.
∎ Attend each and all relevant meeting at union level.
∎ Organize day observation/service week.
∎ Liaison maintain with UH&FPO, UFPO, FPI, SACMO, FWV/Midwives/Paramedics and other stakeholders at union and upper level.
∎ Collect and provide necessary guideline to team members for interviewing of beneficiaries/ providers/stakes for recording and developing case studies.
∎ Visit and conduct interview of beneficiaries and develop stories on best practices.
∎ Sharing of community-based learning/experiences and best practices with technical team members on regular basis.

∎ Routine collection and reporting of data from both respective DGFP and DGHS offices and update FTM database
∎ Community engagement, QI activities and Performance related routine data collection and reporting
∎ Routine Coordination with Community Health Workers (FWA, CSBA, Paid Volunteer, NGO health worker) through arrangement of or take part in different forum (e.g. fortnightly/monthly meetings) and individually to address issues and take initiatives to solve the issues
∎ Routine coordination with UFPA, FPI, FWV and statisticians regarding collect reports and get up to date information of HMIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in maternal, neonatal, child and adolescent reproductive health will get preference.
∎ Ability to write reports and communication in English.
∎ Good presentation skill and computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and Bijoy Bangla.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team.

Salary: Tk. 44967 (Monthly)
