Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer at Triple A Tech, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our digital products and applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
∎ As a UI/UX Designer, you will be creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our apps, software, and websites.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
∎ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
∎ Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
∎ Creating original graphic designs (images, sketches and tables).
∎ Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (responsiveness).
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and engineering, and management teams, to gather requirements and define design goals.
∎ Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our users and their behaviors and apply this knowledge to create engaging and delightful user experiences.
∎ Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the UI/UX of our products.
∎ Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
