Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

IT Project Management, Project Manager (IT System), Project Manager (Software), Project Planning, Software Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring each phase is progressing on schedule.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for any project-related queries or challenges
∎ Lead and guide cross-functional teams, setting clear tasks and responsibilities for each member.
∎ Organize regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with the project's objectives.
∎ Act as the bridge between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
∎ Communicate project milestones, potential challenges, and changes effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment on all project details.
∎ Create initial project budgets, detailing the expected costs for each phase.
∎ Regularly review expenses against the allocated budget, taking corrective actions if any discrepancies arise.
∎ Establish and enforce quality standards for each project, ensuring outputs align with client expectations.
∎ Implement regular review cycles to check for any issues or potential improvements.
∎ Continuously scan the project environment for potential risks.
∎ Create and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring they don't derail the project's progress or outcomes.
∎ Develop comprehensive project timelines, detailing milestones, and expected completion dates for each phase.
∎ Monitor project progress against this timeline, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
∎ Stay updated with the latest project management best practices, tools, and technologies.
∎ Regularly seek feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
∎ Present these reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies.
∎ Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
∎ Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle challenging situations and find resolutions promptly.
∎ Adaptability: Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Team Player: Ability to foster collaboration and a positive working environment within the team.
