1. Strong understanding of UiPath and RPA principles, and experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or C# is a plus.

2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and experienced UiPath RPA Developer for the position of Sr. Officer/ Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, design and implement RPA solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing business operations.
• Test automation workflows and troubleshoot any issues.
• Monitor and maintain existing RPA bots, ensuring their stability and functionality.
• Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of RPA applications.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure RPA solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes.
• Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
