Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in any field preferably Marketing, Management or Business Administration
∎ Experience in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
∎ Clear idea about own local area & well penetration among the local people.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for a deserving candidate or having relevant work experience like NGO-related health, Microcredit exposer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search and find prospective pharmacies or village doctors' chambers for Doctor Dekhao Telemedicine Partner
∎ Finalize pharmacies and onboard those as Doctor Dekhao Telemedicine Partner
∎ Distribute medical devices and marketing material to Doctor Dekhao Partner
∎ Visit onboarded Hubs regularly to mitigate any problems faced by the Hub Owners
∎ Motivate the Hub Owners for better performance
∎ Perform marketing activities at the hubs' location regularly
∎ Maintain a backup list of prospective pharmacies always to establish new Doctor Dekhao Hubs on demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have smartphones & familiar with the technology.
∎ Having a motorbike and driving license will add a bonus point in the selection process.
∎ Candidates from local area (Upozilla/Thana) residence are preferable.
∎ Ability to convince people for medical consultation.
∎ Excellent relationship management skills
∎ Proactive approach to learning and growth
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Fixed salary + Transportation with sure shot sales commission on every sale.
