Job Responsibilities:
∎ Outbound call to target customers.
∎ Demonstrate the customer about company's product & service.
∎ Understand customer requirements & deliver accordingly.
∎ Collect actual customer information through phone call.
∎ Promote company's service through phone call.
∎ Coordination between customer & doctor for smooth service delivery.
∎ Receive and reply emails.
∎ Understand the client pain point & took ownership to mitigate those issue.
∎ Maintain good relation/communication with all the corresponding team.
∎ Active in social media & digital platform for delivering service query and proactively response for any customer complaint/ requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, Bengali.
∎ Expertise in MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
∎ Social media interaction skill.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
