∎ Should be self motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure.
∎ Must have working experience in dealer management.
∎ Must have working experience of monitor a sales team.
∎ Experience in Lube oil sales & marketing sector are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have working experience in dealer management and trade marketingFind dealer for assigned area, develop & maintain relation with dealers and customers. Lead, develop and monitor field force to ensure sales target achievement. Meet the target of primary and secondary sales in line with company's objective. Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend, consumer behavior and business plan. Develop action plan to identify potential market/ customers along with new sales opportunity. Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stage of sales process.
